Difference between work and job.

 A job means a full time scheme you do under the superior of a company or an organisation.

  A work is an entrepeneur type of skill you own, to push your passion in your field.

   To get a real job actually makes you go through alot of stress pattern. You acquire a degree,at college or university, you go through interviews and test before getting the job.

   Economy over the world nowadays is falling, and employment is scarce to find.job don't actually make profit, the selling point is your work or passion.

   Everybody is learning a skill using their passion to explore their world.its is mostly practice among youths, because the youth now realised that employment is hard to get.

   What is your passion? Passion is something you know how to do best, a skill you love and you find joy doing it. Your passion could be singing,dancing,drawing,cooking,writing etc. Passion is inbuilt, it's is like a gold mine where you only get to discover it, refine and turn into pure Gold.

 If your passion is working as a full career person, you need education first, while schooling you could apply for mini job if  you don't really have sponsor through school, you only get to do the job doing holidays or weekends, through that you get recommendation after the school terms, and when you are trying to seek for higher jobs and they ask for your qualifications and job experience you could be able to tell them what you've done over the years.

 If your passion is also an entrepeneur type of skill,you need to make researches on your field based like what you like doing, learn from tutorials, make perfection towards achieving it. Even if your passion is repairing things you never can tell if it's leads to your destination.

By the time a child start growing, knowing his/her right from left,It's advisable for parents,teachers, mentors, coaches to train them in the lines of their passion, asking them what they want to be in future. Some weeks ago I watched the show called "Nigeria got talent"and I saw little children dancing and doing stunt, everybody including the judges where wowed and amazed asking each other how does little children did it,a thing some adult can't dream of doing.its just a thing of sacrifice and after 2/3 years you will start seeing the result. Am sure parent want their kids to become lawyers, doctors, bankers but the society calls entrepeneurship type of business and our youth are growing to that standard.

  With passion age is no limit,you are not to young or old to discover it.create your own world by pushing your passion.

   Success is for anyone who knows how to pull it's closer.its is gravity.
